BOOKING
Bookings are secured by refundable deposit of one (1) nights fee. Full balance due 30 days prior to stay.

MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay: 3 nights - min night stay (excluding Easter and Christmas/New year)
Minimum stay: 4 nights- Easter
Minimum stay: 5 nights - Christmas/New Year

Check-in: 3:000 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Flexibility on check in and check out times when-possible

CANCELLATION
Cancellation up to one (1) month prior to stay

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Licensed by the Busselton Shire Council to sleep 8 persons maximum, including adults, children and infants.

Linen and bathroom towels provided - guests bring own toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc)
Sorry - No pets allowed
No parties/events/weddings
Guests must be 25 years and over, (or supervised). No school leavers or university groups permitted.
No electric vehicle charging on site
Guests staying between October to April must abide by For The Birds bush fire management plan
No more than 4 vehicles on premise overnight
No tents or caravans onsite
Do not remove fire guard in Living room - delineates level change
Strictly no external fires, fire pits, or element with open flame including candles
Walking access to Hillbrook Estate, no vehicles
