Bookings are secured by non refundable deposit of one (1) nights fee. Full balance due 30 days prior to stay

Minimum stay: 3 nights -  Long weekends & School Holidays
Minimum stay: 4 nights - Easter 
Minimum stay: 5 nights - Christmas/New Year  
Minimum stay: 2 nights - Low season and last minute vacancy - Priority is given to longer bookings

CANCELLATION
Cancellation up to one (1) month prior to stay

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 

Licensed by the Busselton Shire Council to sleep 8 persons maximum, including adults, children and infants.

• For the Birds Yallingup is a non-smoking household 

• Sorry - No pets allowed

• No large parties/events

• Strictly no fires on the property

• Guests must be 25 years and over, (or supervised). No school leavers groups permitted

• No vehicle access to 260 acres.  Walking access only
