Bookings are secured by non refundable deposit of one (1) nights fee. Full balance due 30 days prior to stay

Minimum stay: 2 nights - Low season and last minute vacancy - Priority is given to longer bookings

CANCELLATION
Cancellation up to one (1) month prior to stay

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Licensed by the Busselton Shire Council to sleep 8 persons maximum, including adults, children and infants.

RATES AND CHARGES
Low Season - May to September
$390 per night + charges

High Season - October to April
$450 per night + charges
Public Holidays/Long Weekends
$500 per night+ charges
Christmas/New Year and Easter
$550 per night + charges
Weekly Booking Rates
Low Season $2600 + charges
High Season $2950 + charges
(does not apply to long weekends, Christmas/new year and Easter)

Additional charges: $300 clean and linen
Additional guest charge ($50 per head - 7 guests and over)
Bond $400.00 - owners discretion
